Invitation for Delegates meeting of ISG 2010
This years delegates meeting of ISG takes place in Stadl-Paura prior European Championships for Shagya-Arabians, which will be performed by Austrian Shagya-Arabian breeding association ÖAZV during June 11th to 13th, 2010.
ISG boad invites all delegates and guest to take part at annual delegates meeting which will start at 3.00 p.m in Stadl-Paura. ab
Agenda
- opening and approval of the minutes of the ISG meeting 2009 in Futterkamp
- inspection of the foundation members and delegates, deterining the number of votes
- report of the BOD
- financial report and budget
4.1 cash audit
4.2 exoneration of the BOD - application of the BOD in addition to the bylaws:
5.1 Addition § 3.1 a) (what will be added is printed in bold text)
National societies or other organisations which are legitimated to execute breeding activities in their home country and National Studs which have their own Studbook or a section for Shagya Arabians.
5.2. Addition § 3. new 3a-c)
3. For the approval of the application for entry of new societies under § 5.3. 1a) the following conditions are necessary:
a. The federation or the organisation is officially legitimated by its own country to execute breeding activities and can proove this with the documents demanded.
b. The federation or the organisation recognizes the ISG as umbrella organization which follows thebreeding conditions in order to the origin studbook regulations together with the member societies. Further the RZBO is recognised and it is the basis of
the organisation's own studbook regulations.
c. The registration and the studbook keeping of the new society to be incorporated will be examined and checked. After the inspection through ISG or apointees of ISG the examined Shagya-Arabian stock is approved internationally.

Member societies after § 3.1 a) can only give their votes in the conference if they are representated with two delegates,
for members under § 3.1a) coming from America or another continent, a representation with only one delegate is possible if they have the authority proved through a letter by the BOD. - report to new associated members
